Richard J. Garcia is an independent agent of Affordable Health Insurance Agency. He is licensed by the State of Texas Department of Insurance and has specialized in insurance and financial services since 1974. He has completed continuing education in Retirement Planning, Risk Management, Wealth Accumulation and Distribution, Estate Management, Long Term Care, Medicare Advantage/ Supplements, and Life Insurance.

 

 

He enjoys working with his Church, playing the guitar, and taking care of his granddaughter. He is a devoted family man who has been married for 31 years with two grown children, and is the proud “Pops” of four grandchildren.
